Hippo Gets a 2014 Fleet Upgrade

In order to better serve our customers, Hippo Inc has taken on an entire fleet upgrade of our computer systems this week.

Basically, we’ve replaced almost all of our office equipment and software in 2-3 days while still handling all sales and customer service.  This includes new all-in-one touchscreen computers with Windows 8, replacing our server, and all new networking equipment.  We’ve also upgraded to Microsoft Office Live and QuickBooks 2014.

These changes will keep all of our sales and customer service staff focused on helping others and not the aggravations that come with dated equipment.

As always, keeping our customer data safe and secure is of top priority as well.
